What if my product is damaged?
When your order arrives, please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, even to the box itself, be sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you can’t open the package during delivery but suspect it may be damaged, make sure to write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your product arrive damaged, email us photos at support@adrenaluxe.co, and we’ll process a replacement or refund, usually within 1 business day.
